Our sweeteners are all glucose syrups produced from cereals (rice, barley, wheat, corn) and tapioca, all gluten free apart from those with barley.
They can be used as alternative to sugar – saccharose.

Furthermore, as the production plant is in Italy, we are able to produce tailor-made recipes and give assistance to our customers 360°. For our customers the service of counselling and support for new recipes/advices is included.
