L’azienda Bonifanti nasce nel 1932 quando Bonifanti apre una pasticceria a Villafranca Piemonte e comincia a fare il Panettone ricoprendolo con una glassa di nocciole e di mandorle, utilizzando però solo il lievito da madre bianca, senza l’aggiunta di lieviti acceleranti.

Bonifanti Spa is a company established in 1932 specialized in the production of high quality panettone and colomba.
We are distributed in many countries around the world, on various continents, where we serve high-level department stores or food specialty retailers. Our panettone and colombe are made with the exclusive use of 100% natural white yeast, without the addition of starters or of brewer’s yeast. All the candied fruit used in our panettone is high quality fruit, candied only with sugar and lemon juice, without citric acid and/or sulfur dioxide. The flavoring in our panettone is made with natural aromas, such as orange essential oil and Burbon vanilla pods from Madagascar. The eggs used are fresh Italian free-range eggs. The quality system of our company is BRC certified, at the forefront of food safety, both in Italy and according to the requirements required by other countries.

In this tasty recipe, Glazed Panettone, with the flour mixture
and first-rate butter with fresh eggs from free-range hens, it comes
flavored with sultanas, candied orange and citron peels, butter

and whole almonds.

Panettone Gran Milanese Alto 1000 g

The typical Milanese Panettone, in the tall version without the icing, which
concentrates the flavors and aromas of the Bonifanti dough, made with eggs
fresh from free-range hens, selected flours and first choice butter,
in harmony with sultanas and candied orange and citron peels
completed by the softness of cocoa butter and the scent of berries
of vanilla from Madagascar.

In this tasty recipe Bonifanti offers a Panettone with hazelnuts and
