INAUDI – The History since 1929
The story began in 1929 in a small province shop, run by the parents of Clemente Inaudi.
The family used to sell groceries and, in the picking seasons, the business was focused on purchasing and selling fresh Porcini mushrooms.
The company, officially established in 1971 in Borgo San Dalmazzo by Clemente Inaudi and his wife Irma, became quickly the quality brand for Fresh Mushrooms, Dried Mushrooms and Mushrooms in Oil.
Day by day, the selection expanded from Fresh Truffles and Truffles in jars to several other typical products such as Creams, Sauces, Starters, Pasta, etc…
The trademark: “LA TARTUFATA®” (concentrated cream with White Truffle), whose the company was the first to register the trademark in Italy.
Today the sons Emiliano and Davide run the family company, keeping up the business with the same principles and the same policy, oriented to the top quality of products and satisfaction of the customer.
