Since the 1960s, the Bixio Poderi winery has been passionately producing some of the most important and renowned Veronese winemaking excellences.It finds its birthplace in Soave, a great land of fresh and fragrant whites and then expands to other suitable wine-growing areas such as Valpolicella and L’Arcole DOC.
The Bixio family still today, after fifty years of activity, still handed down the culture of vines and wine from generation to generation, keeping the roots of their origins solid.

SOAVE CLASSICO BASSANELLA
Only the best bunches of Garganenga, picked at beginning of October, are used, after a careful evaluation of the ripeness and health of the grape gift us with this nice, pleasant and crispy White Wines.
NERO ARCOLE DOC
In 2000 was born in Verona the DOC Arcole, in a highly dedicated area of production, where the vine has developed in Roman times. Here, the Winemaker Emilio Bixio, thanks to the passion, the experience of the family tradition, the desire for innovation and the perfect combination of microclimate and soil, creates high-quality wines. It stands out among all the Nero d’Arcole, a fine red Bordeaux blend that reinterprets the tradition rooted in Verona: the drying of the grapes before the fermentation.
AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA

The Bixio Family cultivates the vines since the 19th century. Since when Alfonso, Nino Bixio’s heir, was born in Soave. Since then, Bixio Winery has grown and evolved, extending its production from the Soave Doc to other production areas of the city of Verona. The Bixio company is so specialized in the production of Veneto varietal wines, that typically represent the taste of this wonderful region.
