COMPANY INFO
The Scovaventi farm was not born as a farm but as a nest, as a refuge from the too noisy times in which we live. It was born from Luca De Filippo and Carolina Rosi, who came here to hole up and regenerate in the breaks between one theatre tour and another. In love with the countryside, gourmet experts, Carolina and Luca slowly begin to restore the farmhouse, improve the soil and prepare preserves with the many products that the garden offers them. However, oil is their great passion. A passion that in 2015 led them to acquire other olive groves near the property, in similar terroirs but equipped with other native varieties, in order to allow production no longer limited to family consumption alone, but capable of feeding external distribution. However, in 2015 Luca passed away and Carolina decided to carry on this dream alone. This is how Scovaventi transforms itself from a private refuge into a farm, maintaining its original imprinting as an oasis of peace.

Pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from grilling to baking, roasts and tasty sauces. The olives are processed on the same day in the modern continuous cycle oil mill, preserving their organoleptic and nutritional values.
