COMPANY INFO
Tenute Fasoli Lorena is a small family-run winery in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, founded in 2015, taking over an old vineyard, converting it to organic farming and enhancing the native vines Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, bred on the Veronese pergola. The grapes are harvested manually.
Another plot, on Monte Baldo at 980 m above sea level starting from a pasture, planted entirely by hand by Müller Thurgau and Incrocio Manzoni, to obtain a surprising white wine. Then there are new things coming… Here too the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and particular attention is given to the processing, given the steep slope and the terraces. The cellar is equipped with everything necessary to be independent: – the old restored concrete tanks for fermentation and winemaking ; barriques for refining the wines; equipment for winemaking, bottling and labelling. The company has been completely organic since 2019 and is part of Fivi.
