The Circle is a technological and innovative agricultural company that puts environmental sustainability and the need to produce more food in less available space at the center of its business model. With more than 12.500sqm of aquaponic greenhouses in full production and 200 clients in the restaurant industry, we have begun to design small-scale innovative solutions in terms of machinery, processing, and recipes for our pestos, oils, and rubs to arrive to a product of excellence. Production is carried out with state-of-the-art solutions that make it a unique and replicable example throughout the country and abroad. The new processing plant is highly technological, biomimetic and automated. In addition to this, the plant is able to offset CO2 emissions released into the air. This system is constantly controlled remotely through sensors that can monitor the biological levels of t he growing plants and the stage of product processing.
